1Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account with kgd99 you must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. You may only open one account per person; creating multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. kgd99 reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage and may request supporting documentation, including a government-issued identification document. Failure to provide adequate verification within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension. Players must not reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.

2Account Security and Password Policy

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kgd99 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. kgd99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your login details secure. 3Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

kgd99 accepts deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and other supported local payment methods as listed on the deposits page at the time of transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method and account used to make the original deposit. kgd99 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals made through supported local payment methods, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction limits or charges. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. kgd99 reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

4Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Players access the kgd99 platform at their own risk. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
